Worth building located at 301 W/ 13th St., Ft Worth, Texas 76102. Question Deadline 02/26/2025 at 5:00 PM CT DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment, and supervision required for the upgrading of two elevators at the TWC Ft. Worth building located at 301 W/ 13th St., Ft Worth, Texas 76102. Scope of work includes modernization of interior elevator cabs, replacement of hydraulic elevator equipment, controls, and upgrades of electric, plumbing, and various equipment related to the elevator as indicated in bid documents. Work will be performed in an occupied building and must be sequenced so that one elevator is always operational. The full scope of work is outlined in Attachment 7: Project Drawings and Attachment 8: Project Manual. These documents contain binding project information including contractor use of site and premises and technical information such as “acceptable” manufacturers of elevator equipment. Information about the existence of Asbestos Containing Material and Abatement Manual, if applicable, will be included in Attachment 9
