Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, site clearing & grubbing, selective demolition, erosion control, earthwork, storm drainage, water service, sewer service, septic system, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, site utilities, landscaping and ancillary work illustrated in the contract documents. As of january 31, 2025, a general contractor has been selected for this project, however the owner is planning to re-bid this project due to price concerns. The date of the re-bid is not known at this point. Bidders shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their respective trades and will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.
