GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools USD #233 (or the "District") is soliciting bids for NEW Olathe Innovation Campus (OIC) Building - Network Infrastructure Equipment. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the instructions attached and the applicable provisions of the specifications. Question Deadline 10/21/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Bidders requesting any interpretations or clarifications of this document shall direct those questions in writing via the Questions section within the Solicitation Description on the SCOPE OF WORK: The District intends to purchase products and equipment listed in the BID LINE ITEMS SECTION for use within the Technology division of the District. This solicitation is for the drop shipment of equipment only, per the specifications found in the Bid Line Items section below. INSTALLATION IS NOT REQUIRED AS PART OF THIS SOLICITATION. The implementation timeframe for these items is the months prior to April 2025 as this equipment is being installed in a new building housing District Operations and Academic programs. No substitutes will be allowed. Vendor shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Vendor shall warrant that the products are new and in their original box. The Vendor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through the OEM's Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM's applicable policies, at the time of purchase. Where applicable, Vendor shall provide Buyer with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all OEM software is licensed originally to Buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the OEM Software.
