As of November 4, 2024, per addendum 2, the bid date has been extended from November 7, 2024 to November 20, 2024. Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Phase 1 for the construction of: WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1 CITY OF YUKON, OKLAHOMA Bids submitted by a Bidder who has been pre-qualified by the City of Oklahoma City, shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Requirements for Bidders, All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids shall also be made in accordance with the prevailing hourly rates of wages (if applicable) for this locality and project as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and filed with the Secretary of State, a copy of which prevailing hourly rate of wages is made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein. The low bidder must establish and maintain a yard in the City Limits of Yukon. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The City of Yukon reserves the right to reject any or all bids. NON-DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
