Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hilton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contract # 102 - Fire Alarm Work PROJECT DESCRIPTION District wide renovations for the Hilton Central School District including fire alarm replacement and acoustic improvements. Schools included in Project are the High School, Middle School, Northwood Elementary School, and Transportation Center. CONTRACT TIME The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. NOTE: Construction to start Fall 2024. Coordinate schedule with Owner/CM. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later August 15, 2025. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This is a prevailing wage rate job. Any Bidder, upon returning the Bidding Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days after date set for Bid opening will be refunded their deposit and any Non-Bidder so returning such set will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of his deposit.
