Renovation of a stadium in Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Each proposal shall be with the understanding that, at a minimum, the successful bidder will be required to provide the services identified below, observing all applicable federal, state and local laws relating to industry, labor, and employment in a manner consistent with U.S. standards of good practice. The University shall not be responsible for any services provided by the successful Bidder that are outside the scope of the contract awarded. The University shall not be responsible for any additional costs other than the costs for the services outlined in this proposal, or for any work performed that has not been properly authorized in writing by the University. The University at Buffalo is issuing an RFP for replacement and upgrade of the video/scoreboard and accompanying systems at UB Stadium. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 17.9% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 12.1% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 5 Years Estimated Rang $3,000,000-$5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
