The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision to complete the project as proposed. The Contractor should refrain from using freelance or subcontractors if at possible. The contractor will be responsible for all field verifications and measurements to replace the entire facilities roof. The contractor will be responsible for all site clean-up and debris disposal daily. Contractor shall take precautions against damaging or disrupting the building, any damages shall be repaired at the contractor's cost. Requirements: The contractor will be responsible for the safety and accountability of their employees All work is to be scheduled through the Coweta County Facilities Management Department.
