The City of Moreno Valley, ("City") invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Perris Blvd. Signalized Intersection Safety Improvements Project No. 808 0037- State Grant Funded Project HSIPS-5441 (080). This project was funded by the Highway Safety Improvement Program (grant). This program's goal is to reduce fatalities and serious injury by applying safety countermeasures. This project will aid in the reduction of accidents. Question Deadline 11/05/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Please submit all questions via the electronic solicitation portal The Contractor shall complete all preconstruction requirements, ordering of materials, and construction of the Project within the Contract Time of 160 Working Days for the Base Bid only, and up to 20 Working Days for Base Bid plus all Additive Alternate Bids after the date of commencement specified in the Notice to Proceed to Fulfill Preconstruction Requirements issued by the City. The engineer's estimate is confidential and therefore have no plans to release. The liquidated damages amount is $100/ day.
