Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following single-prime contract: Contract No. 02 - General Construction An abstract of Bids received will be made available online. Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications may be examined as of Monday, October 14, 2024 free of charge by appointment only, at the following locations: CSArch 40 Beaver Street Albany, New York 12207 518-463-8068 It is the intention of this Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. Therefore, documents will be distributed as digital sets. Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications may be viewed online free of charge beginning Monday, October 14, 2024 at website, or electronically downloaded for a non-refundable fee of one-hundred dollars ($100.00) Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the conditions provided in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project.
