Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Montezuma, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The drilling of a new Jordan well, construction of a new carbon dioxide feed system, construction of a new electrical building, and miscellaneous site and electrical work. The Work will be substantially complete on or before September 15, 2025 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 15, 2025. No prebid meeting is currently scheduled for this project. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The successful Bidder shall be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to products and provisions grown and coal produced within the State of Iowa. Est. Value: $ 4,374,000.00 Question Deadline 11/08/2024
