Proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, new landscaping around the vehicular use areas and parking lots. Details of this project are shown in the Contract Plans. A total of 120 Contract days will be allowed for the installation period and 730 Contract days will be allowed for the establishment period. This is a Lump Sum Contract with only one pay item listed in the Contract. Contractor Experience in Landscaping (Form 850-070-09) Business Development Initiative (BDI) Projects $250,000 or less Include the following on all advertisements for Business Development Initiative (BDI) Projects with an advertised budget $250,000.
