The last date for written questions to be received from Vendors is Friday, October 18, 2024 @ 3:00 PM. CST. Response to written questions will be posted Monday, October 21, 2024 @ 5:00 PM. CST. Delivery Point : 500 Liquid Cargo Dock Rd., Brownsville, Tx 78521 Bid Specifications for Repair of North American Model MCF1050 Crane Boom Scope of Work: 1. Removal of Damaged Section: o Carefully remove the damaged portion of the dock crane. 2. Material Replacement: o Replace materials as necessary to restore the crane's structural integrity. 3. Surface Preparation: o Hand sand the affected area to ensure a smooth surface. 4. Priming: o Apply an epoxy primer to the sanded area. 5. Topcoat Application: o Finish with a polyurethane topcoat for durability and protection. Location of Work: o All repairs are to be performed on-site at: o 500 Liquid Cargo Dock Rd., Brownsville, TX 78521. Inspection and Assessment: o The extent of the damage can be viewed and assessed in the accompanying photos. o A non-mandatory Prebid meeting and site visit will be available for any vendor wishing to attend.
