Ashland Water Treatment Plant Improvements Phase 2 The project includes the construction of water treatment plant facility upgrades at the existing Ashland Water Treatment Facility. The improvements will include modifications to the ozone treatment system, new pre-treatment basins capable of 60 MGD, associated residuals handling facilities, and hydraulic improvements for up to 120 MGD. This bid includes the following packages: erosion control, sitework, site piping, and trenchless excavation. Any contract(s) awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 Programs as described in the contract documents.
