All submitted questions will be forwarded by email to the ProjectManager and the Project Engineer. Questions submitted within a period of 96hours prior to the advertised time for the opening of bids, excludingSaturdays, Sundays, and any other legal holidays, may not be answered prior tobidding. Falcon may be accessed via theInternet at wwwsp.dotd.la.gov. From the home page, select BUSINESSWorking With DOTD, then select Project Letting Info. On the Construction Letting Information page,select the link, DOTD Plans Room (Falcon); Login to Falcon (or request an ID ifa first-time user). Once logged in, youwill have access to view Project Information, submit a question concerning theproject, and view the plans.
