The City reserves the right to reject individual and/or all bids in accordance with law. Questions concerning this bid shall be directed in writing to the Division ofPurchasing, Attention: Jeanine N. Meneghetti, Purchasing Agent, either by facsimile at (856) 405-4605 or by email at PurchasingOffice@vinelandcity.org Last day for questions is noon, Tuesday, November 12, 2024. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of$20,000, payable unconditionally to the City. Performance Bond: Successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (I 00%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. Maintenance Bond: Upon acceptance of the work by the City, the contractor shall submit a maintenance bond in an amount not to exceed 100% of the project costs guaranteeing against defective quality of work or materials for the period. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
