The work to be performed consists of removing and reinstalling the existing aluminum wall panels on the east facade (tower) and replacing a similar panel, at Hôpital Honoré-Mercier de Saint-Hyacinthe, 2750 boulevard Laframboise, in Saint-Hyacinthe.
