Bidders are advised that, as required by Federal law, the State has established a statewide overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. This Agency Federal-aid contract is considered to be part of the statewide overall DBE goal. The Agency is required to report to Caltrans on DBE participation for all Federal-aid contracts each year so that attainment efforts may be evaluated. This contract has a DBE goal of 0%. There is no DBE goal for this project. 21. This contract has a delay start. Contractors working days shall begin on May 5, 2025. Contractor shall begin work within 15 calendar days after the date working days begin and shall diligently prosecute the same to completion by the time set forth in contract documents. 13. County specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the work.
