Construction of a park trailhead including a gravel parking lot, concrete paving, pavement striping, installation of parking blocks, gravel walkways, timber guardrail, signage, stormwater drainage, landscape boulders, and associated grading / erosion and sediment control. The Work will be substantially completed May 1, 2025. Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment on June 1, 2025. Liquidated damages shall be $300 per day. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
