Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a retail development in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a retail development; for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.

Pursuant to Chapter 2269 Subchapter F of the Texas Government Code, Williamson County (County) is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for CMF - Fleet Addition. County intends to utilize the one-step selection process for this solicitation and award. Question Deadline 11/15/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Online Portal Online inquiries through the Williamson County Procurement portal at https://wilco.bonfirehub.com. County intends to expand the tire maintenance bays and parts storage areas. The Project includes all utilities, drainage, roadways, parking, landscaping and walkways to structures, landscaping associated with structures. CMAR responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the guaranteed maximum price estimate, the Project construction schedule, coordination of building trades on site, quality assurance and overall construction sequencing and the acceptance of all structures by the County.
