Brookline Housing Authority (BHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Owner's Project Manager (OPM) services for the redevelopment of Kickham Apartments. The project involves planning, design, permitting, pre-construction, and construction-related activities for the redevelopment of Kickham Apartments in Brookline, MA. Questions and Notice of Intent to Respond must be submitted in writing via email to hcross@brooklinehousing.org no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Notice of Intent is not required but highly encouraged. It may be submitted by email and should be directed to Hannah Cross Project Manager, at hcross@brooklinehousing.org and Maria Maffei, Director of Redevelopment, at mmaffei@brooklinehousing.org. Response to Questions issued Tuesday, November 12, 2024 4:00 PM The BHA is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this Request for Proposal if it is in the BHA's best interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Estimated overall budget is $833,406.42.
