A target completion date has been set for April 30, 2025, but this is dependent on permit issue date as well. Document A310 or via certified check as part of the bid. All bids submitted must state the sum quoted is firm for a period of forty-five (45) days from the 7 th day of November 2024. A performance bond and labor and material payment bond will be required for this project in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Terryville Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contract will be awarded by the Board of Fire Commissioners to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases where two or more responsible Bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Board of Fire Commissioners may award the contract to either of such bidders. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids in its discretion and/or to waive any informality in any bid which it deems immaterial in nature. *There is no budget estimate for this project.
