Renovation of a detention facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: Replace the three existing boilers with two high efficiency condensing boilers at the CYOC. Replace all auxiliary heating plant equipment including pumps, expansion tanks, heat exchangers, chemical treatment devices, system feeders and all piping and valving within the mechanical room. Replace the existing domestic hot water heating system with a new heat exchanger system and storage tank fed from the new high efficiency boiler plant. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
