Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Monkton, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. The work includes excavation and disposal of up to 19 inches of top soil and/or unsuitable materials; installation of road fabric; placement and compaction of 16 inches of base and 3 inches of top gravel; placement and compaction of 3-inch-thick asphalt finished playing surface; and installation of anchoring post for basketball hoops and pickle ball nets. Because of possible budget constraints we are requesting quotes for two different sized courts: an 89-foot by112-foot (total area 9,968 square feet) desired court and a 64-foot by 118-foot (total area 7,552 square feet) smaller court. Details for both courts below.
