Renovation of a municipal facility in Bedminster, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Principal Scope of Work in the Project Include: Roof Removal, and Demolition. Bids Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and Plainly Marked to Indicate the Subject of the Bid, and Addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Township of Bedminster. Any Envelope That is Received That is Not Properly Marked Causing It to Be Opened Prior to the Bid Will Be Invalidated. Bids May Be Received Before the Hour Designated in This Office if They Are Mailed or Hand Delivered in Person. Township Hall Roof Renovation Contract Period: March 31, 2025 & June 1st, 2025 The Township of Bedminster Will Not Be Responsible for Any Bid That is Sent by Mail or Other Form of Carrier Which is Lost or Which Arrives After the Bid Date and Time Specified Above. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27 Et Seq. Other Requirements as Well as These Described Above Are Fully Detailed in the Bid Documents. The Township of Bedminster Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Comply With All Provisions of Prevailing Wage Rates as Determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. All Bidders Please Be Advised That This Project is Funded in Part From a Federal American Recovery Plan Grant Agreement Between Federal Government and the Township of Bedminster, Somerset County, Nj. In Accordance With State, Local or Tribal Laws and Regulation as Well as Federal Laws and Uniform Grant Guidance (Ugg) 2 Cfr Part 200 (I.e. Procurement Standards), 40 Cfr Part 33 and/or 40 U.s.c. Part 1101 Et Seq., All Bidders Shall Acknowledge the Federal Requirements and Provisions for Construction Contracts Including, but Not Limited to: Davis-bacon Act; Epa's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (Dbe) Program; Build America, Buy America (Baba) Act; and American Iron and Steel (Ais) Act. Unless Otherwise Permitted by N.j.s.a. 40a:11-23.3, All Bids Shall Be Irrevocable, Not Subject to Withdrawal and Shall Stand Available for a Period of Sixty (60) Days in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 40a:11-24. The Owner and Bidder May Agree to Hold Bids for Consideration for a Longer Period of Time, in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 40a:11-24. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Bids Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 40a:11-13.2, N.j.a.c. 7:22-9.10, or Other Applicable Law; to Waive Minor Informalities or Non-material Exceptions in the Bids Received and to Accept the Bid From the Lowest Responsible Bidder, as Per N.j.s.a. 40a: 11-1, Et Seq.
