Electrical Panel Upgrade - Town Hall The scope of this contract includes all labor and materials necessary to upgrade electrical panels and breakers located in the basement of Robbins Memorial Town Hall, 730 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA. The Work of the project consists in general of: Replace surface mounted 30 circuit, 120/220v, 100 amp panel with new panel. Replace 600 amp, 120-220v, 3 phase lighting distribution panel with new panel. Furnish and install 600 amp, 46 circuits, 3phase, 120/208y, 4 wire main lug panel. Furnish and install 36' wide tub. Furnish and install: Seven (7) 3pole 100 amp; four (4) 40 amp 2pole, 60 amp 2pole, 70 amp 2pole; 100 amp 2pole; 200amp 2pole; 150 amp 2pole; 150 amp 3 pole breaker. Furnish and install new panel cover, ground bars. Trace and label all circuits from both panels.
