Site work and paving for a civil project in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a development; for paving for a development; road / highway; and road / highway.
The project consists of two phases of construction for the Harvest Crossing Subdivision Filing No. 2 (Harvest Crossing) project. The project is located in the City of Aurora, in the southeast quadrant of Jewell Ave and Harvest Road. Site Improvements include sanitary sewer, storm sewer, domestic water, retaining walls, detention pond with outlet structure, concrete flatwork and asphalt paving. Bid date notes: The bids shall be emailed, plainly marked "Bid for Harvest Crossing Subdivision Filing No. 2 Improvements" , each Filing, or phase will have a separate bid tab and should state the name and address of the bidder. No proposals will be considered which are received after the time mentioned and any proposals so received shall be returned to the submitter and not be considered under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the submitter to see that their proposal is received on time at the stated location Overlot grading and over-excavation site work on site has started. The anticipated start date for phase 1 of the infrastructure work is December 2024. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. A bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a certificate of specified insurance. Owner's Rights Reserved.
