Project Description: City of Cibolo is seeking qualified professionals to update the City's Downtown Master Plan. Earliest Award by CITY January , 2025 The Old Town/ Downtown Master Plan will be developed through extensive community engagement and will focus on addressing key project objectives outlined in the RFP to guide future development in Old Town/ Downtown. CITY reserves the right to request clarification or additional information specific to any response after all Responses have been received and the Solicitation due date has passed. Additionally, CITY reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any Response, waive any formalities or technical inconsistencies, delete any requirement or specification from the Solicitation, or terminate the Solicitation when deemed to be in CITY's best interest The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
