Question Acceptance Deadline 11/06/2024 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No -- Questions will be accepted by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 and emailed to Renee Osterhoudt at dpwcontracts@dutchessny.gov General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Each bid shall be submitted as one paper original and one electronic flash drive copy and be accompanied by Bid Security (bid bond, certified check, official bank check) or a Letter of Credit (in a form agreeable to Dutchess County) in the amount of 10% of the bid amount. Bidders' security will be retained until the successful bidder has signed the Owner-Contractor Agreement and the County has finalized the Agreement. The anticipated start of construction is January 2, 2025; the anticipated substantial completion date is October 31, 2025. Failure to meet these dates may result in liquidated damages. This project is subject to NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates PRC #: 2024012480 *The County reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and in bidding and to reject any or all proposals.
