Site work for a civil project in Needham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Under these specifications, it is intended that the Contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor and supplies required to recondition both the well and pumping equipment in service for the Needham DPW Water Division's Production Well #3A. All information which the Bidder may require may be secured by means of a personal visit to the site of the work. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2024 at 10:00am at the Water Treatment Plant, located at 914 Charles River Street, Needham, MA 02492. Otherwise, arrangement for such a visit may be made by contacting the Water Treatment Facility Manager Well #3A Redevelopment
