The Project or Work consists of construction of a new pump station at 2900 Bainbridge Boulevard, Chesapeake, force main and appurtenances and demolition of the existing pump station and appurtenances. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid. Technical questions should be submitted through Owners Online Oracle ERP system . Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low Bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders. LOCATION AND SCOPE OF WORK: A. The Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Furnishing and installing pipelines, utilities, associated appurtenances, and all associated work to accomplish this project. 2. Construction of new Ferebee Avenue Pump Station and appurtenances. 3. Demolition of existing Ferebee Avenue Pump Station and appurtenances. 4. Furnishing and installing pipelines, utilities, associated appurtenances, and all associated work to accomplish this project. 5. Provide without additional compensation any apparatus, material or labor not specifically mention in specifications or indicated on Drawings that is necessary to complete or perfect any portion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with requirements implied or intended in these Contract Documents. This includes materials, devices, or methods peculiar to the apparatus or system provided. B. The Project is located at the following sites: 1. 2900 Bainbridge Boulevard, Chesapeake, VA as indicated on the Location Map on Sheet G-01.
