This contract includes bridge replacement and interchange reconstruction. 1.0 Roles A brief outline (one (1) paragraph) indicating the roles of the participating firm(s). For a Joint Venture submission, explicitly list the participating firms and identify the specific areas of responsibility (including administrative, financial and the specific Specialties) for each firm for a Joint Venture. 2.0 Organizational Structure Describe the organizational structure (two (2) pages maximum) for the project including: Organizational Structure Chart.
