Renovation of a municipal facility in Streamwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,222-square-foot municipal facility.
The Village of Streamwood is seeking bids for a Salt Dome Rehab project. All bidders must comply with all applicable Illinois laws including requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws. The scope includes the following major pay items: Dome Structural Repair, Shingle Roof Replacement and other incidentals. The salt dome is approximately 61 feet in height and 102 feet in diameter. A minimum of 3 references for similar Salt Dome work is required for issuance of any proposal forms. *Proposal sheets are not included here. Anyone who wants to bid on this job must contact the Village directly.*
