Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Shall Be Completed by No Later Than February 14, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Dates Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
