Addenda 1 and 2 are available for this project. The Project consists of furnishing required labor, equipment, and materials for construction of the following: 1. Approximately 2,500 linear feet of six-inch and eight-inch restrained ductile iron water main, six hydrants with associated six-inch piping, new valves and associated appurtenances, with five new connections to the existing water system (two hot tap and three in-line connections) with thrust restraints. 2. Reconnection of 42 residential water services between new water lines and existing meters. 3. Roadway paving and striping restoration, and other miscellaneous surface restoration. 4. Abandonment of existing 4-inch and 6-inch water lines, valves, hydrants, and associated appurtenances. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract as prescribed in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including bidder responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause all bids upon the Owner's finding that it is in the Owner's or the public's best interest to do so. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to award a Contract to the qualified lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $1,100,000 - $1,300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
