Location: Town Of Cave Creek, Attention: Hal Marron, Pe, Public Works Director 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, Az 85331 The Town Of Cave Creek (Town) Is Proposing To Construct Tenant Improvements On A 3,300 Sf Grey Shell Space (Project) Located At 4250 E Carefree Highway (Facility). The Town's Project Is The Eastern Portion Of The Foodbank Project Located At The Same Address. The Contractor Must Have The Required Capabilities And Licenses To Construct The Project Based On The 95 Percent Construction Drawings (Exhibit A - Full Size Drawings Available Upon Request). All Proposals Must Be Completed In Ink Or Type-written And A Complete Request For Bid Proposal Data Sheet Must Be Returned Along With The Proposal By The Time And Date Cited Above. The Preparation Of The Bid Will Be At The Expense Of The Respondent. The Town Will Not Reimburse The Respondent For Any Costs Associated With The Preparation Or Submission Of Any Bid Proposal. Proposals Must Be Submitted And Labelled "cave Creek Utility / Public Works Tenant Improvement" And Include The Offeror's Name And Address Clearly Indicated On The Envelope. All Proposals Must Be Completed In Ink Or Type-written And A Complete Request For Bid Proposal Data Sheet Must Be Returned Along With The Proposal By The Time And Date Cited Above.
