Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this tender. ** Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/11/13 12:00:00 PM NST Newfoundland Labrador Health Services (Nlhs) is Administering This Request for Proposals (Rfp) for Prospective Bidders to Submit Proposals for Leased Clinic and Office Space – Geriatric Medicine Clinic. This Clinic Must Be Located Within 10kms of the Health Science Center. This Will Be in Accordance With the Specifications and Requirements Set Out in Schedule a and the Public Procurement Act. The Preferred Bidder Will Be Required to Enter Into an Agreement With Nlhs for the Provision of the Specifications Provided in This Rfp for a Contract Period as Outlined on the Bidding Sheet. As Outlined in This Rfp, Terms and Conditions Are to Be Applied to Initial Lease Terms and Optional Extensions. Both Bidding Options Must Be Completed. Bidders to Provide Two Separate Pricings: for a Ten (10) Year Initial Term and Two (2) Additional Five (5) Year Extensions, Each Beyond the Initial Term, and a Twenty (20) Year Initial Term and Two (2) Additional Five (5) Year Extensions, Each Beyond the Initial Term, Subject to the Option(S), by the Client, on Terms and Conditions as Provided for Under the Lease Agreement. The Annual Rental Rate Quoted in the Offer to Lease Form is Applicable to Each Year of the Initial Lease Term.
