A bid for all zones is welcome, but ALL bids need to be submitted with a price per zone as shown below. Zone 1 - Hayward, Albert Lea 11,000 - gallon tank – Lift Station – 500 gal. Zone 1 - Oakland Woods, Austin 8,000 - gallon tank – Lift Station – 1000 gal. Zone 1 - Albert Lea Info Center, Iowa border 2 - 6000 - gallon tanks – Lift Station – 400 gal. Zone 2 - Straight River North, Owatonna 8500 - gallon tank – Lift Station – 500 gal. Zone 2 - Straight River South, Owatonna 10000 - gallon tank – Lift Station – 500 gal. Septic Tank / Lift Stations Pumping Specifications A. Coordination: Coordinate pumping times with MnDOT no less than one week prior to intended pumping. No pumping shall be performed without a MnDOT representative present. At least 24-hour confirmation of previously agreed pumping date & time should be given to MnDOT prior to pumping. B. Weekend and Holiday Pumping: Not allowed. C. Pumping: 1. Spring pumping shall be completed between April 15th and May 30th 2. Fall pumping shall be completed between October 1st and November 15th
