Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jefferson Cty, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
As of January 7, 2024, project was awarded to Don Schnieders Excavating Company, Inc., awarded amount is $1,417,066.69. The proposed work includes: the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment to construct a 10-footwide concrete trail along the Frog Hollow Branch of Wears Creek from Cavalier Drive to W. Edgewood Drive and a crosswalk at W. Edgewood Drive, including concrete trail and sidewalk, curb and gutter, streambank stabilization, stormwater structures and piping, retaining walls, pedestrian warning lights, signage, striping and other ancillary construction. The project will also include the construction of a sanitary relief sewer along the majority of the trail including 18 and 24 pipe and associated manhole structures Questions Due Date: Nov 7th 2024, 4:00 PM CST A bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Jefferson reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 4.0%.
