Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract, acceptable to the college. This solicitation includes a specific Business Enterprise Program (BEP) participation goal of 20% of the total dollar amount awarded to MBEs and WBEs, based on the availability of BEP certified vendors to perform or provide the anticipated services and/or supplies required by this solicitation.
