The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary for the Burial Expansion & Cemetery Improvements at Fort Bayard National Cemetery 200Camino De Paz, Fort Bayard, NM 88036 by providing general construction in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Specification and Drawings. CLIN 0001, General Construction-Base Bid CLIN 0002, Installation of all landscaping and irrigation work The total performance period for this project is 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 Small Business Size Standard $39.5 Million. Per VAAR836.204, Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS code 236220-PSC- Y1JZ This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Authority, 38 USC 8127(d). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building construction - See 52.236-7 Site Visit for site visit information. Site visits are not Mandatory however highly recommended. There will be ONE (1) organized Site Visit held on 12/03. Participants are to meet at the Ft Bayard National Cemetery Administrative Building to check in.
