Remodeling of a water / sewer project in Albany, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a wastewater treatment plant.

This project includes installation of a surface water treatment plant and all associated incidentals. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. It is recommended that questions are submitted by email. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Contract 1 - Water Treatment Plant Improvements: This project includes installation of a surface water treatment plant and all associated incidentals. Owner's Budget: $3,500,000, Expected Duration: 300 Days Contract 2 - Water Treatment Plant Improvements - Building Improvements: The project consists of the renovation and upgrade of an existing 40' x 80' metal building and the installation of a prefabricated building, concrete work, septic system, electrical, structural, and all associated appurtenances. Owner's Budget: $350,000, Expected Duration: 180 Days Contract 3 - Water Treatment Plant Improvements - Evaporation Ponds: This project consists of constructing evaporation ponds for a proposed water treatment plant facility. Owner's Budget: $700,000, Expected Duration: 180 Days Contract 4 - Hubbard Creek Reservoir Crossing: The project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 4,760 linear feet of 8" SDR 9 HDPE raw water line through a directional bore crossing Hubbard Creek Reservoir. Owner's Budget: $1,450,000, Expected Duration: 150 Days 1. Provide materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other work required for a complete and operable project. 4. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as required for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Drawings and Specifications may not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. Additional details required for the completion of the project are to be provide by the CONTRACTOR and coordinated with the ENGINEER.
