Bids shall be on forms furnished by Birmingham Public Schools. Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid amount shall be submitted with the Bid. The right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by Birmingham Public Schools. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a Bid received by the Board after the date and time specified for receipt
