Qualified Contractors for the Construction of Fishing Access Improvements on Portage Creek at Third Bridge Location, 1.3 Miles North of the Village of Curtis. The Work Consists of, Elevated Wood Boardwalk, Accessible Aggregate Trail and Associated Grading and Restoration The Project consists of the following work: 1. Project consists of the construction of gravel parking spaces along Highway H-33 right of way, ADA accessible paths, and timber framed fishing pier along the shore of Portage Creek and site restoration and landscaping WORK RESTRICTIONS A. Contractor's Use of Premises: During construction, Contractor will have full use of the site of the work however they will be required to properly protect adjacent areas from work activities. The Contractor shall also provide necessary traffic control and bonding as required by the Mackinac County Road Commission in accordance with their right-of-way permit. Contractor's use of premises is otherwise limited only as follows: 1. Perform construction only during working hours 7 AM to 8 PM. unless otherwise agreed to in advance by Owner. Clean up work areas and return to usable condition at the end of each work period. 2. Limits: Limit site disturbance to the adjacent to the work area and as instructed by the Landscape Architect. 3. See attached Right-of-way permit issued by the Mackinac County Road Commission
