Reference Number 0000280422 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/08 09:00:00 AM CST Bid Intent Deadline 2024/11/08 01:00:00 PM EST All quotations to include, and subject to, the following: The cost of crushing and stockpiling of approximately 20,000 cubic yards of 3/4 inch road gravel at the gravel pit located at SW 10-8-16W. The cost of any required stripping at the pit must be included in the above price. All sod is to be stripped appropriately to ensure that no black dirt gets crushed with the gravel. Clay material must be crushed with the gravel. Contractor must place the aggregate in an appropriate location as specified by the Public Works Supervisor. Bigger stones to be place in a separate pile as specified by the Public Works Supervisor. All work is to be completed by May 31, 2025. A late penalty of $500 per calendar day will be charged to the contractor until the work is completed. For more information contact the Public Works Supervisor at (204) 526-7744.
