Site work for a civil project in McCammon, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of replacing approximately 5,800 feet of existing water piping with corresponding isolation valves and surface repair. Jacking and boring will be required for 2 railroad crossings, 1 river crossing, and 1 highway crossing. The project also consists of one bid alternate, replacing approximately 2,000 feet of existing water piping with corresponding isolation valves and surface repair Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder is required to meet Prevailing Wages and American Iron and Steel requirements for this project. Each Bidder must have a Public Works Contractors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. The City of McCammon reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of McCammon.
