CM at Risk - Construction Project Manager. Question Deadline 11/11/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The deadline to ask questions is online. Services typically provided by a Construction Project Manager in the City's Engineering department related to project management activities for construction of municipal projects such as wastewater treatment plant, wastewater lift station, force mains, gravity pipeline, demolition of existing plant facilities, expansion of purple pipe system, and related projects. The Construction Project Manager will be provided workspace at the construction project office(s) provided by construction contractor(s) or incidental use of space in the City's Engineering office (110 Av. H #206, Marble Falls). The City will provide access to the City's systems during the period of service, as needed. If the City enters into a professional services agreement as a result of this RFP, the City anticipates the initial term of the agreement will be for three (3) years. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
