AlexRenew is seeking contactors to provide preventative, remedial, and corrective maintenance services for boilers. AlexRenew Water Resource Recovery Facility is located at 1500 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22314 The Contract term shall commence on the date of issuance of the Notice of Award by AlexRenew and shall be continue for a period of 12 months, contingent on Agency's non-termination of the Contract and satisfactory performance by the Contractor. At the discretion of AlexRenew, this agreement may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, contingent on Agency's renewal of the Contract. Question Deadline 10/21/2024 at 2:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted to via email to purchasing@alexrenew.com The subject line of the email: ITB No. 25-013 Questions. Questions should be succinct and must include the submitter's name, title, company name, and telephone number. Prior to the award of a contract resulting from this solicitation, bidders are prohibited from AlexRenew staff other than the AlexRenew POC. Point of contact (POC) for matters related to Procurement shall be Lachelle Elliott, Procurement Specialist.
