The City of Creedmoor will design and construct a municipal complex using funding through the USDA-Rural Development Community Services program. The City of Creedmoor is seeking to contract with a qualified professional architect/engineer or professional architectural/engineering consulting firm to prepare all financial applications, preliminary and final design for construction. The City of Creedmoor reserves the right to negotiate with any and all engineering consultants or firms submitting proposals, according to Office of Management and Budget Circular A-102. The City will not be responsible for any costs incurred in submitting a response. The City of Creedmoor seeks to afford the opportunity for qualified SBE, MBE, and WBE firms to propose to provide the services described herein. SCOPE OF SERVICES The services to be provided by the qualified professional engineer or professional engineering consulting firm shall include the following duties: o Complete all information for a financial application including architectural/engineering and environmental information. o Develop a final architectural/engineering report detailing the site plan and schematic design of all improvements. o Develop final plans and specifications that meet all requirements of the USDA-RD. o Prepare bid documents for construction. o Review bids and make a recommendation for award. o Provide as needed services during construction.
