This RFP is for the selection of a CM/GC for the A-Wing Air Handler Upgrades. This project addresses the existing AHU1304 and AHU1305 within the mechanical penthouse, serving OHSU Hospital's A Wing of the South Hospital - Both units have reached the end of their operational life. The primary objective of this work is to ensure the central air handling systems' equipment is reliable, code-compliant, redundant and have sufficient capacity to support current facilities and future projects. This project is a multi-phase approach to address those deficiencies
