Contract Hauling and Beneficial Use Services for Lime Residuals from Water Treatment Plant Est. Value Notes: Variable Each bidder must furnish a bidder's bond, cash, or certified check from a reputable bank payable to Moorhead Public Service for at least ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid and the amount thereof shall be forfeited to MPS as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to bidder, shall fail to enter into the contract so let. No bidder shall withdraw their bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, except with the consent of the Moorhead Public Service Commission. MPS reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. Question Deadline 11/06/2024 All Questions Should Be Directed to: Marc Pritchard, Water Plant Manager, Moorhead Public Service, at 218-477-8072 or mpritchard@mpsutility.com. All questions must be received in writing or by e-mail (with confirmed receipt) on or before seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Responses to technical questions will be issued via addendum through online prior to the bid opening.
